Aura Clearing

This is a meditation to help you cleanse, energise and balance the chakras that bring in energy from the universe and transform it into usable energy for the body and aura. There are seven main chakras in the aura (which will be explained further in another course to come soon). These chakras run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head and correlate with the colours of the rainbow. So the chakras and their colours are:

Crown

Third eye

Throat

Heart

Solar Plexus

Sacral

Base

Begin with the simple meditation method in order to relax you deeply ready for further work. When you are fully relaxed move onto the aura clearing meditation for deep cleansing and balancing of the energy field.

Focus within the centre of your stomach at the light that burns there. This is your divine light, and you can control it. Allow the light to grow until it envelopes and fills your body and your aura, cleansing you and filling you with love and peace..

Now, focus your attention at the base of your spine, where your base chakra is located. Notice that the energy here is red, and affirm that you are cleansing, balancing and energising the base chakra. Feel the centre being cleansed and spinning perfectly in a clockwise direction. The crown chakra which is situated at the top of the head, and here you will see a violet spinning wheel. When you feel the third eye centre is perfectly cleansed and balanced you will feel wonderful.
